Ashtanga - Mysore Classes

​The Mysore program is a traditional way of practicing Ashtanga Yoga, where students move through the sequence at their own pace with individual guidance from the teacher. Instead of a led class, you practice independently while receiving personal support, adjustments (with consent), and instruction as needed.

This method follows the traditional Ashtanga series, with new postures added gradually as strength and understanding develop. The practice emphasizes breath, movement, and focus (tristhāna), creating a steady and meditative experience. Mysore practice is suitable for all levels — from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Class Times
Morning Mysore:

  • Monday–Friday: 07:00–09:30

  • Sunday: 08:00–09:45

Evening Mysore:

  • Monday–Friday: 16:00–17:50

You can book in advance and are welcome to arrive even if the session has already started. Arriving 15–30 minutes later is completely fine — there’s no need to stress in the Mysore program.

Pilates Classes

Pilates is a full-body movement practice that focuses on core strength, breath, control, and body awareness. It helps improve posture, flexibility, balance, and overall strength through precise and controlled movements.

Mat Pilates is practiced on the floor using a mat, sometimes with small props for support or added challenge. Classes are suitable for all levels and can be adapted to individual needs

  • Monday–Friday: 09:30–10:15

  • Saturday–Sunday: 09:55–10:40 & 10:45–11:30

Evening Pilates

  • Monday–Thursday: 18:00–18:45

Mama & Baby Pilates

A gentle and effective Pilates class for new mothers and their babies. Rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body while bonding with your baby in a warm and supportive space.

There’s no need to worry if your baby needs attention — the class is relaxed and flexible, just like life with a little one. Bring a soft blanket and a favorite toy, and enjoy moving together at your own pace.

Class Times

  • Monday & Thursday: 10:30–11:15

  • Saturday: 14:00–14:45

Ashtanga for Parents 

This class is for parents who want to continue or build an Ashtanga practice while caring for a baby or child.

You will be guided through parts of the Primary Series in a supportive and accessible way, helping you stay connected to your practice and feel confident continuing on your own as your child grows.

You are very welcome to bring your baby or child. The space is relaxed and understanding of both parent and child’s needs. This is time for you, while still being together with your little one.

The class highlights the importance of taking care of yourself — so you can feel strong, present, and like yourself, not only a parent.

  • Tuesdays & Fridays from 10:30–11:15.

Pregnancy Yoga

Join our Pregnancy Yoga class — a supportive practice to help you find fluidity, softness, and strength in the areas most needed during pregnancy. We focus on gentle, mindful movement and specific practices that support your body through pregnancy, prepare for birth, and aid recovery after giving birth.

You’ll be guided with care and attention throughout your pregnancy journey.

 

Class Time

  • Friday: 11:30–12:20

Ashtanga Full Led Class

​A Full Led Ashtanga class is a guided session where the teacher leads the group through the entire Primary Series using the traditional Sanskrit count. You’ll move in sync with the breath, creating a strong, meditative flow.
Perfect for those familiar with the practice or ready for a challenge
Develop strength, focus, and endurance
Learn the correct vinyasa count and rhythm
Gain a deeper understanding of the Ashtanga method
This class is more intense than Mysore-style, as everyone moves at the teacher’s pace. Beginners will be stopped at the postures they have practiced, then go directly to finishing postures before quietly leaving without disturbing others.

  • Friday: 16:30–18:00

  • Saturday: 08:30–09:50

Yin Yoga

​Our Yin Yoga classes offer a slow, meditative practice focused on deep relaxation and flexibility. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to find stillness. Perfect for all levels and a great complement to dynamic practices like Ashtanga and Pilates.

Gentle Flow

In this nourishing class, you’re warmly welcomed to move with ease, breathe deeply, and connect with your body in a gentle and mindful way. Through softness and flow, we’ll release built-up tension and create space within — leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.

Ashtanga Led Standing Postures

​Ashtanga Led Class – Standing Postures
This is a guided class focusing on the standing postures of Ashtanga Yoga. The class is suitable for everyone. You will be guided step by step throughout the entire session.
This class is for anyone who wants to build their Ashtanga practice slowly and with support, helping to develop strength, stamina, and a new, sustainable habit.

Bootylicious


A fierce and fun lower-body blast designed to sculpt, lift, and tone your glutes — while keeping the vibe playful and empowering. Expect a mix of strength, Pilates, and cardio-inspired moves that leave you feeling strong, confident, and yes... a little bootylicious.
