My name is Brinkela Gjokaj, and for nearly a decade, Ashtanga yoga and Pilates have been integral parts of my life. I’ve had the privilege of delving deeply into these practices through multiple teacher trainings and numerous trips to India, gaining a profound appreciation for their challenging yet beautiful nature. This journey has not only allowed me to grow as a student but also shaped me into a teacher dedicated to empowering others.
In my classes, I prioritize safety and alignment, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my students.
